We have a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Team Leader with experience of working within an industrial food manufacturing environment to join our on-site team working in Burton Latimer.

The Role:
You will be required to effectively plan and manage the work for a small team, organise materials, manage hire of equipment, identify labour requirements to the Operations Manager, compile risk assessments and method statements and make operational decisions to improve GP performance.
There will be an element of hands on support required.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday-Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm). Overtime and weekend work may be required.
Skills / Experience Required:
You must have a good background mechanical background within an industrial environment due to the element of hands on experience required within the role. Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential.
Qualifications:
You must possess a mechanical qualification (e.g. City & Guilds or BTEC).
