Are you currently working in Recruitment at a Senior level but looking to join a forward thinking business with high earning potential with a profit share? Due to significant growth across the business, my client is looking to recruit a Divisional Senior Manager to develop within this rapidly expanding business. The role will work with the Directors and involve the overall responsibility for the daily operation of the business. You will manage the existing team and look at growth and development of market share. You will have a small portfolio of clients to manage, however your role will mainly focus on the development of the team delivering recruitment solutions to clients as well as business growth. You will operate autonomously and have your own budget to allocate to the running of the business. Experience of working within financial or legal recruitment at a senior level would be ideal but not essential, significant experience in recruitment is essential.
