The Role - Cardiac Care Sales Specialist
Following expansion within their cardiac care business unit, this market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Cardiac Care Sales Specialist. Working from home, the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and growing existing accounts, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets agreed within their cardiac care business. You will look to extend the customer base, participate in relevant exhibitions and local events, assist in training team members, analyse competitor activity, organise territory product presentations and take responsibility for the dealer and distribution network.
Essential Responsibilities:
Compiling lists of prospective customers and sales leads. Follow up as necessary
Working with sales leaders and sales representatives to increase prospects and drive closure of opportunities
Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings
Making cold calls to potential customers where required
Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities
Estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of the company's production and delivery schedules
Forecasting orders and sales of assigned territory and submit monthly report
Representing the company at trade association meetings to promote product and company
Your Background - Cardiac Care Sales Specialist
To succeed in this varied and exciting role, you will either need to have a background in medical capital equipment sales, clinical experience gained as a Cardiologist, or a clinical professional with knowledge of cardiac based medical equipment. You might also be an Application Specialist or Technical Trainer within cardiac care with the desire to move into a sales role.
