You'll be required to work tactically and strategically, while also supporting the operational business function. You'll progress multiple projects at once, to tight timescales. Your organisational ability will match your creative flair and your housekeeping will be second to none. Your attention to detail will be exceptional.

We are the area's leading travel company. Our ever-expanding head offices near Bournemouth Airport are home to over 25 of our team, but that doesn't tell the full story as we have over 300 homeworkers working all across the UK.

About you
As well as having natural design flair, you'll be educated to degree level in Graphic Design or equivalent. Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy design team whether gained in-house or in an agency setting.
Your experience of developing and designing creative concepts will be essential, along with excellent Mac skills. You will be experienced with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. HTML and video/gif production would be a distinct advantage.
A key theme in this role will be putting the customer at the forefront of every design task as we keep the customer at the core of everything we do. We're not just after someone with graphic design skills. We need someone who can put together compelling designs - in print and digital format and have a strong understanding of UX and web design patterning, preferably.
You will have a strong mix of creative capabilities from excellent conceptual skills through to pixel perfect execution. You will be able to solve problems with digital and/or print solutions. You are passionate about creating beautiful and effective work. You'll be a student of the creative and design industries and always keen to learn new techniques.
