Job Title Chef De Partie
The Opportunity
Prosper Recruitment are delighted to be working with this new client who are located in Ipswich, Suffolk near to the evolving docks area.
With a new owner this beautiful listed property has undergone subtle changes making it a warm and inviting British pub offering hearty home cooked fresh classics including fish and chips, filling home baked pies and a selection of warm sandwiches and light bites.
The role
This is a fantastic role for a qualified Chef De Partie to join this small team and become a pivotal member of the team. The new owners have a great understanding of the hospitality trade and offer their employees great working hours of 40 -45 hours per week on a mixture of split and straight shifts.
You will need to be able to prep and make everything from scratch utilising fresh, locally sourced produce.
You will be able to add ideas to the seasonal menu, be happy to do daily specials and have an interest in food and its original source.
