VR/19241 - Sea & Air Freight Quotation Clerk - upto 28k - North Kent
Our client, an independent freight forwarding and logistics company, are looking for candidates with experience of import quotations to join their team.
Main duties include:
- Import sales: Quoting customers for sea and airfreight shipments based on the services we offer
- Booking jobs with shipping lines / overseas agents
- Overseeing the job until shipped on board
- Knowing the customs clearance process and have a general knowledge of how an import works
- Working with a small team of 3-4 people to help the department run smoothly and grow
Candidates with knowledge of multifreight would be ideal.
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 depending on experience
