Financial Services Administrator

Up to GBP25,000 depending on experience

Watford

We are working with a small but growing financial services company in Watford who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their friendly team.

The role:

  • Manage and control workflow ensuring client, provider, adviser and colleague expectations are met.
  • Delivering an efficient and quality administrative function.
  • Undertake sufficient product and market research, when requested by the Financial Adviser.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures.
  • Assisting the back-office team in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Collate information on existing portfolios as required.
  • Undertake file management in accordance with company procedures.
  • Check and send out policy documents.
  • Gather up to date valuations, electronically and by phone.
  • Managing and delivering the relevant service proposition for clients.
  • Developing productive working relationships with colleagues and clients throughout the business with both internal and external provider staff.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least three years' experience in financial services
  • Strong administration skills
  • Able to multi task and work to own initiative
