Financial Services Administrator
Up to GBP25,000 depending on experience
Watford
We are working with a small but growing financial services company in Watford who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their friendly team.
The role:
- Manage and control workflow ensuring client, provider, adviser and colleague expectations are met.
- Delivering an efficient and quality administrative function.
- Undertake sufficient product and market research, when requested by the Financial Adviser.
- Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained as per company procedures.
- Assisting the back-office team in establishing and maintaining client relationships.
- Collate information on existing portfolios as required.
- Undertake file management in accordance with company procedures.
- Check and send out policy documents.
- Gather up to date valuations, electronically and by phone.
- Managing and delivering the relevant service proposition for clients.
- Developing productive working relationships with colleagues and clients throughout the business with both internal and external provider staff.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- At least three years' experience in financial services
- Strong administration skills
- Able to multi task and work to own initiative
