The role of Rooms Host is to understand that every guest is different and to ensure that each one feels completely at home and has a fantastic Scarlet experience.
 

You will need to be capable of fulfilling a physical role, have a high standard of spoken and written English, have a great eye for detail and work well in a team.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas
• Turn down service
• Linen stocktake

We offer:
£7.90 per hour (rising to £8.10 after probation)
Permanent contract
28 days holiday per year - pro rata if part time
