As Team Manager for an established supported living company, you will be responsible for ensuring that your team are motivated, and can carry out duties to the highest of standards to enable the people in your care to maintain and develop new skills and build their self belief and confidence.
You will be oversee a number of services, supported by an Area Manager, and will have the chance to undertake fully funded training programmes, to achieve the relevant care qualifications which will take you further in your career and offer routes for progression.
If you have practical experience of supporting people with a diverse range of care needs and leading or managing a team then you will be the perfect candidate. Ideally you will be working towards, or willing to work towards the QCF Level 5 management qualification.
