Providing unique and advanced solutions for cash management, our client seeks to make cash handling simplistic and financially sound. They are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Salford Quays, opposite Media City.

What will I be doing?
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll deliver a high level of service to our client’s customer base.
You’ll respond to service support calls, ensuring that all details are logged on the service management system, and dispatch Engineers to customer sites.
Co-ordinating customer service activities, you’ll provide a speedy and responsive service to customers and ensure that all performance targets are met
Additionally, you’ll provide management information to customers and the Services and Sales Teams, as well as producing invoices for all service work and contracts.
