Forklift Operator - Gü Puds

Gü are moving to their new home in Bishop`s Stortford and are looking for people who are as passionate about Puds as they are.

Gü was launched in 2003 with three products, they have since grown into one of the leading premium dessert makers in the UK. They joined the Noble food group in 2010.

As a forklift operative you will be involved in the day to day operational movements of all finished and semi finished goods. This position services all functions within the facility as well as inbound and outbound deliveries.

You will have a pro-active approach to working, have the ability to work to targets and deadlines and possess good practical skills.

A forklift truck license and being power pump truck trained is preferable but not essential
Previous experience in a similar role in food preparation is essential
You will have in depth knowledge of machinery and warehouse systems
You will have good IT skills is and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential

You will have to be able to work shifts from 7am-7pm on a four days on/four days off rotation.

The premium for the night shift is an additional £1 per hour between the hours of 11pm and 6am.
