Brook Street is seeking a Receptionist/Clerical Officer for a period of 6 month`s with possibility of extension in the East Belfast Area/ Dundonald area.

Our public sector client would like someone with at least one year`s experience in Administration or four GCSEs at grade C and above to work in their busy administration team.

The hours of work are 09:00 -17 Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).

The post holder will be required to carry out a range of duties which may include all
or some of the following:-

" Reception duties.
" Use of computer systems to include data input and retrieval of information.
" Maintenance of filing systems.
" Processing mail.
" Processing and collating information.
" Taking and relaying messages/information.
" Dealing with a range of queries.
" Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
" Making appointments.
" Arranging meetings.
" General office duties such as photocopying and faxing


You will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have a year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role.


Previous experience in NHS would be preferable.

The rate of pay is £7 per hour.

This is an excellent opportunity and has a possibility of being extended further.
