Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a leading, national Housebuilder are urgently looking to source a mid-senior level Architectural Technician.
As you would expect, with a Housebuilder there will be a natural focus on Residential schemes. This will include individual dwellings, large-scale Masterplans and everything in-between.
In order to be considered for this role, we would hope you meet the following criteria:
??To hold a relevant Technical qualification (Degree/HNC/HND)
??Minimum 3 Years practical experience in Architectural practice or Technical department of a Developer/Housebuilder.
??Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and House-bulding standards.
??Experienced using AutoCAD.
??Some working knowledge of REVIT would be an advantage.
??To be able to produce working drawing packages at a quick turnaround.
??To be aware of CDM regulations and adhere to them throughout the process.
Please note this position is to be based on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Upon completion of this time it is likely that you will become a permanent employee and receive a salary review.
The initial salary offered would be circa GBP30k-GBP37.5k (dependent on experience).
