Senior Support Worker (Autism)

Based in Kidderminster, this is a residential unit belonging to a leading provider in the area - specialising in supporting adults with learning disabilities, specifically autism and behaviours that can prove quite challenging.
As a Senior Support Worker you will be providing high quality care and dedication to the role, a willingness to take on additional training and a commitment to ensuring you are working to an excellent standard at all times.
With an enthusiasm for the industry, you must also possess ambition and drive to perform well at all times. You must be willing to maintain a professional manner, and be willing to take on additional training when necessary.
You must hold the NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and a good background in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. You must also be a driver and access to your own vehicle.
This exciting career opportunity comes with a highly competitive hourly rate of £8 per hour. Ongoing training a career progression is also available. You must be able to be flexible - shifts are rota based (3 x long days per week)
