I am seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for an established 4 bedded children`s home based in the West Bromwich area.
You will be working closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager and a staff team of RSW`s and Seniors, supporting children`s with EBD, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.
Offering a generous salary of £22,000, to be considered for this role you MUST have the following:
*Must be qualified to Level 3
*Experience in a similar setting
*Experience in a Senior level previously
*Ideally a driver but not essential
Shift patterns consist of long days (08:00-23:00) plus sleep in allowance.
