Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Child Worker to work within a Residential home supporting Children and Young People with Mental Health needs.

As Residential Child Worker you will provide support to the Young Person encouraging a stable routine, teaching them life skills, encouraging their social, behavioural and educational development and providing them with a safe environment.

The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 Diploma in Children and Young People and have previous experience working in a similar setting. You will have a positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

This is a full time position with a starting salary of £21,400 including sleep ins, plus excellent development and training opportunities.
