JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Transport Planning Manager working closely within logistics to ensure optimum client satisfaction.

Role profile:

  • Offering administration support to the Operations Team
  • Keying jobs on to the internal database as and when they come through
  • Keeping customers up to date in a professional manner
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times both over the phone and via email
  • Update drivers with regards to deliveries and collections

Person profile:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confidence and patience with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Highly motivated and resourceful
  • Excellent time-management skills


Essential criteria:

  • Administration experience
  • Previously worked in a fast paced service led, customer focused environment
  • Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workloads on a daily basis
