I am seeking an Operations Manager to support a leading care provider who provide support with Home-Care, Live-in and Complex Care to oversee their homes in the West/East Midlands area.
The Care services include Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Nursing Care, Residential Care and Respite care.
The Operations Manager is to be responsible for the management oversight of an agreed locality undertaking routine operational responsibilities of the homes, line management of Registered Managers in the locality and any agreed project activity as directed by the Operations Director.
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE:
*Management Qualification (R/N, RMA, L&M) or willing to work towards this qualification within agreed timescales
*Extensive knowledge of CQC regulations
*Proven IT experience, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
*DRIVER Willingness to attend meetings and travel to other sites if required
