Are you who we are looking for?
We are looking for a number of passionate and motivating individuals to join our production teams here at Poole Bakery. As we will provide the training all we need you to have is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
We are currently recruiting for vacancies on our:
* 3on3off dayshift, working either 06:00 - 18:00 ( Make/Pack) or 08:00 - 20:00 (Pack)
* Sun - Thurs Nightshift working either 18:00 - 02:00 (Make) or 20:00 - 04:00 (Pack)
Full details of positions will be made available through our recruitment process, however we will be looking for our new employees to have the following:
* Self-motivated and eager to exceed targets/objectives set
* Team player but able to work off own initiative
* Excellent communicator
* Flexible and reliable
* High standards of Health and Safety
What we offer in return:
In exchange for the right skills, dependant on role, successful candidates will receive:
* Hourly Rate ranging from GBP8.91 to GBP11.45 per hour for Dayshift 3on3off
* Hourly Rate ranging from GBP8.08 to GBP10.43 per hour for Nightshift Sun- Thurs + 25% Shift Premium
* Holidays 19 for Dayshift 3on3off or 28 for Nightshift (in addition you get three recognised Bank Holidays 25th and 26th December + 1st January)
* Company pension in line with Auto-Enrolment
