24-7 are currently seeking ambitious, driven, technical individuals to join our successful recruitment team in Harlow.

Being a recruitment consultant with 24-7 offers the opportunity for great progression and support including full online and one to one training and developing into 360 recruiters and team leaders.

Being a part of the 24-7 recruitment team will offer the progression from trainee to Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Team Leader and Managerial Positions.

You will be required to do an out of hour’s on-call (at home) on a rota basis.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience

THE ROLE
• 360-degree full cycle recruitment role / sales / service
• Warm desk - requiring further development
• A full recruitment role - focus on account development and any new business
• Management and head office support

THE CANDIDATE
• Proven consultant with a track record of success in a recruitment environment
• A self-motivated individual / capable of team playing / hungry for over achievement
• Capable of developing / servicing / maintaining new business
• An ambitious recruiter looking for a career move and progression

KEY SKILLS
• Must have Recruitment experience
• A passion for the recruitment industry
• The ability to carry out a 360-degree recruitment role
