Workshop Manufacturing & Production Assistant
Crayford, Kent
Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm OR 7am - 4pm & Friday 8am to 12.15pm OR 7am to 11.15pm
per hour + weekly timekeeping bonus
Duties and responsibilities shall include:
?? General workshop manufacturing & production
?? You will be working with our factory & workshop team being responsible for light fabrication and preparation of workshop materials in readiness for factory production.
?? Use of pillar drill, lathe, guillotine, sand blaster, flame torch, polishing and powder coating equipment.
?? Read and follow manufacturing documents and drawings.
?? Carry out assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Requirements:
?? Ability to read assembly and wiring drawings.
?? Good understanding of quality requirements & procedures.
?? Good manual dexterity.
?? Demonstrate recent experience within a similar role.
?? Excellent communication skills.
