GBP22.000 to GBP25.000 (Depending on experience)

My client is looking for a Cleaning Contracts Manager to be responsible for the running of 40 customer sites across Crawley and the surrounding areas. Previous management experience would be ideal, however, they will consider someone with management experience from a similar service industry.
Job Details
• To liaise closely with the client to ensure the fulfilment and smooth running of the contract
• Carry out regular site audits ensuring that high standards and attention to detail are met
• Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
• Ensure all equipment and stock is on site
• Ordering stock via the central system
• Manage a cleaning team of around 50 part-time Cleaners.
• This will involve interviewing, recruiting and training
The ideal candidate needs to be able to work under pressure, adapt to change and prioritise workload. Good communication skills are needed both written and verbal. Must be PC literate and be prepared to assist the cleaners when necessary.
