Platinum Recruitment's Chef's Division is currently representing a Country House hotel near Watford, Hertfordshire and have a fantastic opportunity for a Banqueting Chef to join their team.
Client
This stunning 2 rosette 49 bedroom Country house hotel is just a short drive from the centre of Watford. The hotel do a fair amount of top end parties, conference and weddings throughout the year and are looking for a Banqueting Chef who can take charge of all their functions.
Role
We are looking to recruit a Banqueting Chef with a fresh food background and someone who understands seasonal produce. You must have proven experience working in a busy 4 star hotel. As Banqueting Chef you will need to be able to oversee the banqueting operation making sure functions are run in smooth and timely manner.

• Tronc - GBP200 per month
