We are currently seeking a self motivated and pro-active Recruitment Administrator with a 'can-do" attitude for an exciting new role based in the Medway Towns.
Responsibilities of the role will be to assist the HR Advisor in providing a broad range of efficient and accurate HR and Recruitment related administration to the business.
Key areas of responsibility will be maintaining HR data and employee records, processing of new staff - ie. preparation of contracts of employment, process pay documentation ie. claims, timesheets, new starter information, managing sickness\holiday records, assist with recruitment campaigns and be a point of contact for queries and information requests.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, along with excellent attention to detail and proven administration skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
