Maintenance Technician

We are currently searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician, for our client a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. Their projects are all based in the Derby area, making this a great opportunity for an individual in the area looking for a local opportunity. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong track record in delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget.
Role duties:
* Currently in need of a Multi Trade Operative
* You will be able to carry out; joinery, fencing, roofing, basic plumbing, basic bricklaying, basic tiling and painting and decorating skills
* Ideally your main trade will be joinery.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
* You will have a clean driving license
* You will have knowledge of reporting and assessing defects in new build homes
* You will have worked previously as a finishing foreman
* You will have worked for a volume developer previously
* You will have your own tools but will be provided with replacements if and when needed
* You will be willing to get on and work in a busy environment
* You will be a team player and also able to work on own initiative
