Workplace description: This hotel is everyone's dream of what an ancient English Inn should be - complete with all modern comforts! Excellent service and award winning food blend to create a memorable stay. The hotel dates back to the 15th Century, with its flag stone floors, gleaming copper, brass and silver reflecting the flicker of log fires and stunning antiques, it is like stepping back in time. Outside there is a stunning courtyard and walled garden, ideal for dining alfresco in the warmer months or to simply relax and unwind.

Main duties and responsibilities: Making food orders and all the kitchen necessities. Ensures that the pantry and the kitchen are well stocked at any given time.
Oversees all the kitchen and culinary staff.
Supervises to make sure that everything is done as well as it should be done.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menus and writing of food recipes that are to be used.
Assigning the staff different tasks that should be done.
Ensure that sanitary conditions are kept at all times.

Essential criteria: You will have experience of working in a similar role. You will have an excellent attitude towards learning, be passionate about good quality cuisine and show dedication to your career. A stable background is desired for this position.

Accommodation provided: Yes

Charge for accommodation: 45.00 GBP per week
