Project Manager - Branding Agency
Oxford
GBP35k - NP489
Don't let the size of this small agency fool you, they pack a punch! Branding, corporate identity and tone of voice are their 3 main offerings. They work with an array of corporate and fluffy clients, some may be established brands that need a refresh and some may be start-ups that are trying to make their mark early on.
You'd be working with a couple of very talented individuals, offering Project Management support, freeing the owners up to work more on growing the agency. The scope of work is there, but the infrastructure isn't. You'd get a lot of free rein, you'd be allowed to put your mark on the agency and make the role your own.
As a Project Manager they'd hope you could:
* Manage external resources
* Give clients updates on project timelines
* Keep project finances in order
* Liaise with creatives on projects making sure timescales are being hit
* Generally assist with the smooth running of the studio
It could suit someone returning to work that has previous branding agency experience, it could be that you're looking to reduce your hours to 3 or 4 days a week, or it could be that you're looking for a smaller agency that you can really make a difference in. Previous marketing agency, and ideally branding experience is essential to be considered for this role.
Due to their size, benefits are limited. You could earn up to GBP35k, have a great deal of flexibility, the chance to help producing great work, and genuinely be part of something growing
