BRICKLAYERS
St. Modwen Homes are recruiting for a 3+1 gang of directly‐employed Bricklayers to cover the South Wales region. Payment is on the basis of an equal split between the gang, £550 per thousand bricks, £17 per m2 blockwork. Benefits including a van, monthly tool allowance, 25 days holiday pay + Bank holidays, 4 weeks sick pay, 5% pension contribution. Minimum pay of £20,000 per annum (pro rata per day) regardless of output.
