Office Administrator/Office Coordinator
We are currently working with an exclusive private estate management company based in the heart of Central London. We are seeking an Office Coordinator/Office Administrator to join their small head office team starting in as soon as possible.
About the Organisation
The organisation manages the sales and lettings of land, property and estates on behalf of very high profile individuals.
The purpose of this role is to work as part of a small and dedicated team, focused on further improving three parts of the office; administration, events and reception.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Working on Reception including assisting visitors and callers
- Ordering office stationary and any other consumables
- Diary management for key events
- Organising meeting room bookings including liaising with organisers
- Setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
- Bank reconciliations
- Filing paid invoices
- Putting credit notes and invoices into the purchase ledger
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post
The office is made up of a small team of dedicated individuals and the environment is quiet, so you must be comfortable to work in this kind of setting. You should be well presented, have an energetic personality, a good sense of humour and be calm under pressure.
Required Skills & Expertise
We are seeking a very well presented candidate who has previously worked within a small office and team environment. Due to the nature of this role and the high profile individuals you will be supporting, you must be capable of handling information which will be highly confidential. You`ll be comfortable liaising with people at all levels, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism dealing with tenants, staff, suppliers and the public.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary of up to £26,000
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
12% employer contribution pension scheme
