Within this role, you will manage major complex planned refurbishments projects from inception through to fruition. You will be responsible for all elements of the project, including initial scope, specification preparation, drawing preparation, Planning and Building Control consideration/preparation and application.  As well as this, you will also be responsible for procurement, project management, site supervision/management, health and safety, operational and administration, budgeting, cost control, site inductions, monthly reports and client and customer liaison.

This role will provide strong leadership and support to other teams and sub-contractors within your control.
