Job Broker
Global Solution Services (GSS UK Ltd) have a requirement for a Job Broker to join our successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team of consultants who deliver employability support and training to a diverse range of customers.
These positions are working on a new contract to source and identify vacancies for the pool of GSS customers that are seeking to return or join the labour market.
As a Job Broker within our organisation you will have experience of:
* Identifying job opportunities with local employers and building excellent relationships with them for future business.
* Building links with colleges and learning establishments
* Sourcing, meeting and liaising with employers to build relationships to pipeline opportunities for our customers
Candidates will be sourced and matched by our Outreach team in cooperation with the job brokers.
This role would suit a recruitment consultant or an individual with previous job brokerage experience or anyone who is quick thinking, hard-working and enjoys working in a customer focused environment
You should be adaptable, confident, self-motivated and have great communications enabling you to deal with customers and clients in different market sectors
The ideal candidate should have:
* Expertise in building effective links with clients over the phone
* Have the ability to influence employers to engage with our programmes
* Be able to elicit relevant information from employers and identify vacancies
* Highly organised in tracking employer contacts and opportunities
* Driven to meet challenging targets
* Commitment to team outcomes
* Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
* Be a strong communicator, imaginative and professional
