Mid-Level Architectural Technician

Conrad Consulting are working with a Small, yet Established Architectural Studio based in the South of Warrington that are on the lookout for a Mid-Level Architectural Technician to join their team. This Architectural studio currently comprises 4 members of staff; Including an Architectural Director, Architectural Technician, Architect, and an Architectural Assistant.

Projects include - Residential Care Homes, Extra care facilities, Individual Residential units of differing size, alongside a steady stream of fantastic Industrial projects.

Requirements of the Mid-Level Architectural Technician:

*Well rounded construction knowledge
* Experience at all RIBA stages
* Ability to liaise directly with clients and contractors
* AutoCAD skills are essential, REVIT is desirable
* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Sketch-up and Photoshop are also a minimum requirement
* Located within a commute to South Warrington

Salary - GBP25,000 - GBP35,000

As a Mid-Level Architectural Technician, you will be exposed to large scale projects across the North West and on a National Scale.
