Telesales Executive

I am recruiting for an experienced Telesales Executive to work for a legal referral service selling membership to their website based close to the city centre (walking distance). My client is offering a basic salary of up to £25000 with lucrative financial commissions on top, top earners currently earning £60000.

The Company
My client offers memberships to Lawyers/Solicitors globally, from the Americas to Australasia. The membership gain the Lawyers/Solicitors access to a website profile where they will be recommended to people looking for a legal professional within their specialist sector, i. litigation, family law, property etc; this will result in new business/cases for the Lawyer/Solicitor.

Job Purpose
This is a role for a highly driven, determined, motivated and tenacious sales individual. You will be responsible for generating your leads from websites, formatting professional emails and prospecting to new Solicitors/Lawyers; you will then be following up the emails with phone calls and closing sales, on average looking to enrol 25-35 new members per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Researching and generating leads on websites and transferring lead information into spreadsheets for mail mergers
- Format professional emails to send to prospective members
- Follow up emails with phone calls, focusing on closing sales
- Manage members signed up and follow up at end of membership and focus on getting them to renew

Person specification:
- Previous sales experience, both email based and phone based sales
- Experience of speaking to high end professionals, not afraid of speaking/pitching to senior people
- Experience of closing sales
- Positive, motivated, determined and a tenacious individual
- Excellent work ethic, willing to work hard and put the hours in to reap the financial rewards

Hours
This is a Monday to Friday 9-5 office based position but the successful candidate needs to be flexible and committed to working additional hours before 9 and after 5 to seriously reap the financial rewards this position offers.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary - £20000 - £25000 dependent on experience
- 30% commission paid over a monthly targeted threshold. Current top earners earning circa £60000
