Job Title: Customer Support Advisor

Salary: £16,150 - £18,700 per annum (dependent upon experience) + contributory pension scheme + 34 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays and Company Days)

Based: Lilleshall, Shropshire

Job Role:

They are looking to expand the team to continue to offer an exceptional service to their Customers. As a result they have new opportunities for Customer Support Advisors to join their Customer Support department where providing every customer a superior quality service is the number one priority.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact, supporting the Company's Members and prospective Members with all enquiries via incoming calls, live chats and emails; so being a people person is a must.

Candidate Requirements

  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A good level of IT skills
  • Access to your own form of transportation and hold a full driving licence
