Outbound Customer Advisor
My client, a prestigious market leader are looking for an outbound telephone advisor, to contact their existing customers, to secure follow up appointments and fill diary gaps for their various branches.
What you will be doing:
" Supporting the Recall team
" To execute our recall process for all our practices every day to fill diary gaps
" Manage your own appointment targets
Key Skills needed:
" Highly motivated and resourceful
" Positive attitude is key - training will be provided
" Excellent telephone manner
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
" Attention for detail
" Good knowledge of Excel and Word
This is a temporary position and the working hours are Monday to Friday, full time hours 9 until 5.
Candidates applying must be available from August as this is to cover holiday leave with potential to cover future assignments.
Hourly rate of pay on offer is £7 - free secure parking on site and canteen facilities available.
