Do you have telephone-based customer service experience and are looking to develop your career further in a growing and dynamic company?

We are currently recruiting for Claims Advisors on behalf of a reputable insurance company based near West Malling. You will be required to answer incoming phone calls and emails, distributing messages as well as providing customers with information and guidance as requested in accordance to the terms and conditions of the policy. Committed to providing world class service, our client offers support to their customers over the phone, through web chat and on email.

Who we're looking for:

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and must have relevant telephone-based experience. This will be a great position for all people that are passionate about talking to our customers.
