Looking for a permanent position that offers on the job training for 2-3 weeks allowing you to learn their systems and processes, before you take that first call ?

My client is looking for multiple individuals to join them in a pivotal customer focused position. You will be dealing with a variety of client enquiries both via the phone and via email correspondence. This could be giving out information about products & services or up and coming events, complaint handling, taking payments for services and much more.

We are looking for resilient individuals who have previous experience within a similar environment.

You may be handling an average of 80 inbound calls per day

You will need to demonstrate good solid data entry speeds and accuracy levels as you will need to ensure that the CRM system is updated accurately.

My client is situated in a picturesque location situated in rural Telford, so you will need your own transport.

Free parking is available and the company offer 34 days annual leave

The salary range is £16,150 pa - £18,700pa dependant on experience.
