The Company
Are you interested in joining an established provider of affordable housing with over 30,000 homes across the Midlands, while gaining experience whilst developing your existing knowledge of Income Management? If so, this housing provider is immediately seeking an Assistant Income Reocovery Officer.

To be successful in the role of Assistant Income Recovery Officer you will:
• Liaise with residents that have fallen into arrears
• Prepare documentation for court presentation
• Create affordable repayment plans with residents
• Take rent payments over the telephone by credit or debit card
• Be the first point of contact for residents that have queries regarding there rent accounts
• Use the in house system on a daily basis

You will also have:
• Experience of monitoring rent accounts within a housing association or local authority setting is essential
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience of the Orchard housing system
• Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service.
