New Appointments Group are currently looking to compliment the Permanent Division with the appointment of a self-motivated, tenacious, and driven Recruitment Resourcer to cover maternity leave into 2019.
Since our first offices opened in 1975 we have become a trusted recruitment partner of hundreds of businesses across the South East and beyond. We're not resting on our laurels and we're looking to increase our market share in 2018/2019.
As a New Appointments Group Recruitment Resourcer, you will support a large team of skilled recruitment professionals across two business centres (Discovery Park, Sandwich and Sittingbourne) in the timely placement of candidates into permanent and fixed term contract roles.
Reporting into the Operations Manager for the Permanent Division, key accountabilities for the post-holder will include;
* Uploading candidate information into an in-house CRM;
* Identifying various levels of talent through proactive searching of various external job boards and an in-house CRM;
* Telephone screening potential candidates;
* Supporting commercial activity through lead generation;
* Aiding in the smooth running of live recruitment desks in time of absence;
* Providing general administrative support across both offices.
Previous experience within agency recruitment, or internal recruitment would be highly advantageous but this isn't essential in order to make a successful application.
We are looking to hear from candidates that have proven ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
In order to be considered, it would be advisable that you drive and have access to your own vehicle as you would be expected to work from both of our offices in Kent.
