The business are a well established and highly sought after Automotive business and they are looking for a Planning Manager their busy and innovative manufacturing facility. The business has industry leading products and is looking at entering into new markets.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:

Managing a team of planners
*
Coaching and developing the team
*
Liaise with customers to understand existing and future demands
*
Lead capacity planning activities and assess existing capacity
*
Continuous improvement for customer needs
*
Adhere to health and safety
The Person
The ideal Planning Manager will need to be driven and be able to show true leadership qualities.
Key experiences required:

Significant experience with managing a team, ideally in a high volume, JIT Automotive environment
*
Proven management skills
*
Capacity planning experience
