Reward and Employee Engagement
GBP23,000 - GBP30,000 per annum

Here at Knole Green we are looking for a HR Coordinator that can support the Director of our clients Reward and Employee Engagement framework. This role is to assist with a variety of group wide benefit programmes and performance management routines such a salary review, performance management and pay calibration. It is vital that you have a flexible approach to your working hours and location as you may be required to work some unsociable hours with occasional nights away from home.
To be considered for this role is essential that you meet the following criteria:
• Educated to a degree level
• CIPD
• HR Experience of a minimum of two years
• Knowledge of the following systems and tools: MS-AX, Power BI, MS XLS and PPT
• Highly organised
• Resilient and able to self-manage
