- As Corporate Director Human Resources you contribute to the development and the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives.
- In this position you are responsible for the HR department in general and for the supervision of several facilities.
- Additionally you are in charge of providing different reports and statistics and ensuring that payroll is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Moreover, you are in close contact with recruiters, conduct job interviews, create new job descriptions and ensure that all HR policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant.
- You are also in charge of developing staffing strategies and implementing training programs for the employees.
- Advising senior managers on organizational policy as well as managing and developing the central HR team are also part of your key accountabilities.
- Professional experience as Human Resources Director
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills as well as strong training skills
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain written and statistical data to a wide range of audience
- High standard of attention to detail
- Commitment to customer or employee service
- Ability to convey difficult and challenging information to managers
- Excellent IT skills in MS Office
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work
