Hull College Group is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.

We are looking for an Exams Officer to join us where you will oversee and monitor the Exams functions and processes, ensuring operational excellence, data quality and compliance with awarding organisations and College policies. 

Managing and recruiting staff and invigilators within the Exams Department, you will ensure quality and consistency of transactional processes across the Group, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on performance. With a responsibility for ensuring all aspects of exam registrations and outcomes are accurate, credible and collected and maintained on College systems, you will provide an efficient and effective service that enables clients and students needs to be met and exceeded.

We are looking for someone who has experience of managing within a customer services environment. With a level 4 qualification in a relevant subject, and recent CPD, you will have experience of data analysis and interpretation, as well as an understanding of education and the related quality assurance processes.

With strong leadership and management skills, you will be able to collate, analyse, interpret and report on data, whilst meeting deadlines and working under pressure to a high level of accuracy.
