Platinum Recruitment's Southampton Office is currently representing a Hotel on the Isle of Wight and have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.
Client
Our Client is beautiful 4-star Hotel on the Isle of Wight which boasts an award-winning Two AA Rosette restaurant.
Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, reporting into the Executive Chef. You will be confident in managing a large team whilst running service for both the Two AA Rosette as well as conference & banqueting.
You will have a flair for food and will use fresh, local ingredients to create amazing seasonal menus.
