The Company:

UK's leading manufacturer and designer of advertising solutions. Their promotional range is a one stop shop for all advertising needs from initial design concept, through to construction and installation of products.

Our client offers products for every setting and environment, from ground based advertising to air and water, from small point of sale items to giant sculptures and structures. Our client is happy dealing with small companies and their advertising ideas, through to large Multinationals and Global marketing projects.

Role & Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Account Manager:

* Account Management of between 4-8 projects at any one time.

* Take initial enquiries (using enquiry forms via phone or email).

* Doing quotations and estimates.

* Doing follow-ups on quotations done (by phone/mail).

* Liaise with the design team on customers design requirements.

* Finalising artwork inc. getting visuals made and passed by client.

* Keeping database well maintained.

* Maintaining/renew advertising in trade publications.

* Risk assessments and methodology statements when requested by clients.

* Getting involved in production meetings.

* Providing holiday/sick cover for Office Manager inc SAGE/Credit Control.

* Taking pictures of completed products and adding to picture library.

* Co-ordinating any repair services that are required on site.

* Chasing clients for payment/ liaising with Accounts departments.

About You:

* Has a strong background in client servicing often at senior level.

* Feels comfortable in a sales environment (no cold calling).

* Has a confident telephone manner.

* Can juggle multiple projects to strict deadlines.

* Is self-motivated and proactive, capable of processing sales enquiries and co-ordinating live projects from concept to installation.

* Hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri but would consider part-time for an exceptional candidate.
