First City Recruitment Solutions are actively seeking Senior Community Support Workers for a client based in Swindon. This is an exciting new opportunity with guaranteed hours to join a well-known care provider as part of their outstanding team.
Working with other support workers, you will be responsible for ensuring that service users are able to stay as independent as possible whilst also assisting with any tasks they find more difficult. Providing a new approach to care, you will work with the individual and their families to provide person-centred care that focuses on the needs and wishes of the individual.

We are looking for people with the following attributes;

• Fun, happy and enthusiastic whilst also able to maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to encourage and promote the independence of service users
• Ability to adapt to changing situations whilst respecting an individual's needs or wishes
• Good communication skills
• Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Although you will partake in our client's extensive induction course, you must have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
