We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to work for a global organisation in central Telford.
This is a temporary ongoing position which could lead on to a Fixed Term Contract if you have the desire and dedication to commit to a forward thinking company.
We are seeking confident, enthusiastic and reliable candidates with customer service experience to join a team of call handlers within a busy, fast paced environment.
You will be answering inbound phone calls and dealing with a variety of queries, including: tracking orders online, placing express orders, checking price and availability of stock items, transferring calls, coordinating collection of goods and navigating SAP.
This is a great working atmosphere where the training is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.
This role will start in mid August and will be reviewed at the end of December 2018
