My client based in Oldham OL1, is currently looking to recruit for a Receptionist position based at their site.
They are looking for an experienced receptionist who has excellent customer service skills. You will be required to take telephone calls/take messages/face to face contact with offenders at the reception window. Monitoring and ordering stationery. Logging building faults/jobs with Sodexo via telephone/tracking completion and chasing up when required. Carrying out and keeping record log of panic alarm/fire alarm weekly tests. IT skills required - Lotus Notes, nDelius, Word, Excel.
This position is full-time temporary position paying £7. Working hours as follows: 9 am to 5 pm Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri. 11 am to 7 pm every Wednesdays to cover late night reporting.
As this role is within the Government Sector, we will require seeing 3 years worth of references and you will be required to undertake a criminal DBS check.
