A leading Care provider specialising in Elderly Care are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Nurse.

As part of the clinical team, you will assist in the development and delivery of care plans, support the service users with everyday activities and will play a significant role in assisting and encouraging them to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence. As with the nights post you will be carrying out similar duties and assisting the 3 care staff on duty, ensuring the welfare of the residents at all times.

You will need a flexible approach to working hours, be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, and exhibit attitudes and behaviours reflective of the company culture, vision and values. Applications are welcomed from well motivated individuals, able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility.

The ideal applicant must be a qualified Nurse with a current NMC pin, experience of working in either a hospital based environment or care home setting, along with a strong background of supporting vulnerable adults and the elderly with Mental Health problems and Dementia.
