Operational Manager

Our client is a registered Housing Association, offering accommodation, a wide range of support services and innovative effective solutions for those with complex needs. The Clubhouse Recovery Network (CRN) service will work closely with local schools, GP's and businesses offering outreach mental health support to adults and families. This approach is based on the social prescribing method of support. Individuals will be supported on a 1-2-1 basis, group activity and have access to volunteering and education opportunities

You will be an appropriately qualified professional with a senior leadership background in housing management, Property Services and/or property development and a solid knowledge of social and/or supported housing and relevant legislation, who can contribute to strategic thinking, yet retain a clear oversight of day to day operations. You will be an experienced leader and have a track record of leading and developing staff, solid project management skills and high-level influencing, relationships building and negotiation skills. Equally important will be your shared views of their values.
